Reminder: Register for LGCS Fall Magic Fastpitch by August 10th!
Our Fall Magic season is fast approaching! This is your friendly reminder register by this coming Monday, August 10th.
What is Fall Magic?
Magic is LGCS’s competitive fastpitch tournament program for players looking to develop beyond the spring rec season. Fall Magic is a shorter, transitional season—about half of our players move up into a new age division, making it the perfect bridge into new competition, new rules, and new teammates!
It’s open to returning Magic players, LGCS rec players trying Magic for the first time, and players brand new to LGCS. No prior Magic experience is required!
Why Play Fall Magic?
- Sharpen your skills and build confidence.
- Increase your softball IQ in exciting weekend tournaments.
- Prepare for future Magic seasons.
- Have fun making memories with friends old and new!
Expected Teams: We plan to field 1–2 teams for 8U, 10U, and 12U.
If your player is interested in 14U, please reach out to us at magic@lgcsfastpitch.org.

Season Expectations

- Practices: Typically 2–3 times per week.
- Tournaments: 1–5 weekend tournaments, depending on the age group.
- Commitment: We know fall is busy! While Magic requires a strong commitment (and consistent practice attendance is expected to earn tournament play), please note any known conflicts on your registration form.
