Hello Coaches and Team Representatives,

The Alexis Briski Memorial Tournament starts this Saturday morning.  We will have 38 teams across four age divisions playing at fields in Los Gatos, Cupertino, Saratoga, Campbell (thank you Campbell Crush!), and San Jose (thank you West Valley Slammers!).  The Saturday schedule and Sunday brackets have been published on Tourney Machine.  Please review and let us know if you have any questions.  We will use Tourney Machine throughout the tournament to provide game results and updates to the schedule, so please bookmark the link.

The rules governing this tournament can be found here.  Please note item #2 as you must submit paperwork before you play your first game.  Please reach out to us with any questions.

Here is some information regarding the various fields we will be using this weekend: 

Bagby Elementary School – Fields 1, 3, and 4

  • Parking
    • Parking is limited around Bagby so please budget some extra time to walk a short distance to the fields. 
    • On Saturday, the parking lot at Covenant Orthodox Presbyterian Church, next door to Bagby Elementary School at the corner of Harris Ave and Leigh Ave, is available.  On Sunday, the church parking lot WILL NOT be available; softball cars that park there will be cited and / or towed.
    • There is parking available in the surrounding neighborhoods; please observe all parking regulations and signs. 
  • Food: the Snack Shack will be open both days.

 

Foothill Elementary School – Upper Field and Main Field

  • Parking:
    • Please park in the school parking lots along Lynde Ave or near Foothill Park (Seaton / Tamworth Ave.)
    • Drop offs between Foothill Park and Foothill Elementary are easy and close to both fields.
  • Food: the Snack Shack will be open and BBQ on both days.

 

Forest Hill Elementary School – Shannon Field and Nelson Field

  • Parking
    • Please park in the softball field or school parking lots, both with entrances along McCoy Ave.  Park in designated spots only.
    • If the lots are full, please park in the surrounding neighborhood, be sure to observe all parking regulations and signs, and respect our neighbors.  DO NOT park at the nearby church on either day.
  • Food: the Snack Shack will be open both days.

 

Monta Vista Park – Field A and Field B

    • Please park in either Monta Vista Park’s parking lot (Voss Ave. entrance) or in the surrounding neighborhood; please observe all parking regulations and signs.
  • Food
    • The Snack Shack will be open both days
    • On Saturday, there will be a pizza truck parked on Voss Ave. or Foothill Ave.
    • On Sunday, there will be a taco truck parked on Voss Ave. or Foothill Ave.

 

West Valley College – Big Field and Small Field

    • Please park in parking lot #5 or parking lot #7.  Parking permits are required and available at the parking lot kiosks.
    • Drop offs and unloading at the loading zone by the pool, near the softball fields, is permitted.
    • Do not park in staff parking or you will get a ticket.
  • Food: there will be no food for sale at this location so please plan accordingly.
