High Level Throwing® Clinic Led by HLT Instructor, Sarah O’Brien

We have teamed up with HLT to offer the LGCS community an amazing training opportunity with HLT Instructor Sarah O’Brien with sessions focusing on the Foundations of High-Level Throwing® & Advanced Concepts for Softball Athletes!

There will be 6 Player Sessions available for serious athletes or teams looking to learn & develop overhand throwing mechanics!

• Session 1: Saturday, April 13th @ 9AM-11AM (Ages 8-12)
• Session 2: Saturday, April 13th @ 1130AM-130PM (Ages 8-12)
• Session 3: Saturday, April 13th @ 2PM-4PM (Ages 13+)
• Session 4: Sunday, April 14th @ 9AM-11AM (Ages 8-12)
• Session 5: Sunday, April 14th @ 1130AM-130PM (Ages 8-12)
• Session 6: Sunday, April 14th @ 2PM-4PM (Ages 13+)
• Coach Access: Choose any session to attend and learn!

*We limit each session to 16 players! Athletes should wear softball training apparel or uniform. Each athlete will receive a FREE High Level Throwing® Getting Started Training Guide sent via email!
